We proposed a curved rampart or berm, like a military fortification, such as Cahergal stone fort or Charles Fort in Kinsale. The circumference of the ramp provides a gently sloped ramp that offers panoramic 360deg views from the site. The ramp encloses the restored signal tower while providing a level of shelter on the extremely exposed headline site.
